Service Overview
DeepSeas' Incident Response Proactive Retainer enables the Client to leverage DeepSeas Security Incident Response Team ("SIRT") in a proactive and measured way to best prepare and budget for security incidents.
The renewal of the Proactive Retainer allows the Client to retain any remaining unused hours from their previously purchased Proactive Retainer. All remaining retainer hours shall be delivered based on a two-hour SLA.
Service Assumptions
Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all previously agreed upon terms and conditions of this IR service offering remain in effect.
Client Responsibilities
To effectively engage the Incident Response team for any purpose, Client must call the Incident Response Hotline at (800) 403-8350.
