You can redirect available Elective Credits as your priorities evolve. If additional capacity is needed, you can add blocks of 50 Elective Credits without negotiating a new contract.

Elective Credits remain available throughout the contract term and carry between contract years on multi-year agreements. Unused credits can also carry into a renewal executed on or before the current term ends, and are used first.
